Your monthly traffic quota is exhausted. Solutions: 1) Upgrade to larger plan (pay the difference), or 2) Wait for next month when traffic resets automatically. Monitor your traffic from control panel.
Causes: 1) Large mailing lists (max 1950/hour), 2) Protected page access error, 3) High server resource usage, 4) Misuse. Our system blocks the causing file instead of stopping entire website.
Make sure: 1) You're uploading inside public_html folder, 2) Your main page is named index.html or index.php. Use FTP program like FileZilla and check file permissions.
Error Log in control panel shows errors in your scripts and programs. Use it first when pages don't work or images don't appear - it helps diagnose issues before contacting support.
In control panel, look at "General Account Information" on the left side. You'll see: website address, hosting plan name, available/used space, available/used bandwidth.
