Free support covers hosting/server issues only. Advanced support for software problems (forums, CMS) costs $11/hour for hosting clients and $14/hour for server clients.
Open a ticket to the hosting department requesting expiration date and renewal value. After verifying your email, we will provide the information.
Contact the program manufacturer (their info is on the program's first page in control panel). The included programs are free from their manufacturers and we don't provide support for them.
