When transferring your website or service to another person, follow these steps:
1. Open a new ticket to customer service from your registered email
2. State that you have transferred or sold the website/domain
3. Provide the following information for the new owner: Name, Email, Phone number, Country, City
4. Confirm that you have no relation to the account after transfer
